1. Agreement
By using https://www.pavanpal.com (the "Site") or engaging Pavan Palfor services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We design, build, and deliver custom automation systems on Google Workspace, N8N, and related tools. Scope, timeline, and price for any engagement are confirmed in a separate written proposal.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. The audit fee (where applicable) is refundable against the price of a subsequent project.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to the custom-built deliverables. We retain rights to anonymized case studies and to reusable internal tooling.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your business data as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your consent.
6. No warranty
The Site and downloadable resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
